Having struggles doesn’t mean that there is something wrong with you. Most of us experience difficulties and mental health issues, at least once or even several times, during our lifetime. When that happens, you can do yourself a favor, by talking to someone you trust. It’s up to you whether you choose family, friends, workmates, or a healthcare professional, such as your family doctor or psychotherapist. Remember that as unpleasant as your experience may be, you can always choose to use it constructively. Problems usually remain a part of your life, unless you do something about it.
